By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below. Please read everything carefully before sending any payment.I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.> PAYMENT★ All prices are listed in USD.
★ Full payment is required after the sketch is approved. (with exceptions)
★ I accept PayPal, Wise and Pix.
★ Prices may vary depending on complexity, additional characters, background, or urgent deadlines.
★ Work will only begin after payment confirmation.> REFUND POLICY★ No refunds are available after the sketch has been approved and payment has been sent.
★ No refunds will be given after the final artwork has been delivered.
★ If I cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.> PROCESS & DELIVERY★ Estimated delivery time: between 3 days to 2 weeks (may vary depending on queue and complexity).
★ Delays may occur due to workload, health, or personal reasons.
★ Clients will be notified in case of significant delays.
★ The final artwork will be delivered via email (Google Drive link or direct file), or through the client’s preferred platform.> REVISIONS★ Minor changes are allowed during the sketch phase.
★ Major changes after sketch approval may result in additional fees.
★ Major changes will not be accepted once the artwork is finalized.> USAGE RIGHTS
Personal Use★ You may post the artwork on social media with proper credit.
★ You may print it for personal use.
★ You may not edit, trace, resell, or claim the artwork as your own.Commercial Use★ Commercial rights must be discussed before payment.
★ Additional fees apply for commercial usage.
★ Without commercial rights, the artwork may not be used for profit.I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed.> COPYRIGHT & RESTRICTIONSAll artwork remains my intellectual property unless commercial rights are purchased.You may NOT:★ Mint the artwork as an NFT
